Cov dej ntws ntawm cov txhuasyog ib yam khoom tshwj xeeb siv hauv kev lag luam txhuas los daws cov khib nyiab thaum lub sijhawm txhuas yaj. Cov khib nyiab yog ib yam khoom seem uas tsim rau ntawm qhov chaw ntawm txhuas yaj vim yog oxidation thiab cov khoom suav nrog. Lub luag haujlwm tseem ceeb ntawm cov txhuas drossing flux yog los txhim kho cov hlau zoo, thiab txhim kho kev ua haujlwm ntawm txhuas tsim khoom. Nov yog cov haujlwm tseem ceeb thiab kev siv ntawm cov txhuas drossing flux.
Lub luag haujlwm ntawm cov kua qaub txhuas yog tshem tawm thiab cais cov khib nyiab ntawm cov txhuas uas yaj. Cov kua qaub txhuas muaj cov tshuaj lom neeg uas tuaj yeem ua rau cov khib nyiab, tsim cov khoom siv txheej uas pab sib sau ua ke cov txhuas slag, ua rau nws yooj yim dua los tshem tawm cov khib nyiab ntawm cov txhuas uas yaj. Cov kua qaub txhuas tuaj yeem pab cais cov slag hauv cov txhuas thiab ua rau nws ua rau cov hlau tsis huv, pab sib sau ua ke. Nws kuj siv rau kib cov seem nrog cua sov pov tseg. Cov txheej txheem no pab txhawb rau qhov huv si thiab zoo ntawm cov khoom txhuas kawg.
Hauv daim ntawv thov, cov kua txhuas drossing flux feem ntau yog siv rau hauv ntau hom melting furnaces, xws li melting furnaces, crucible furnaces. Nws tau ntxiv rau kom tshem tawm cov dross thaum lub sijhawm melting. Hauv cov txheej txheem ntawm kev daws cov txhuas slag, tus neeg ua haujlwm tsuas yog yuav tsum pov qee cov drossing flux rau hauv lub cub tawg, tom qab ntawd strring thiab ntxiv cov flux raws li qhov kub kom txog thaum slag thiab txhuas sib cais.
Cov kua txhuas uas ua rau cov hlau lwj yog ib qho cuab yeej tseem ceeb hauv kev lag luam txhuas rau kev tswj cov hlau lwj, txhim kho cov hlau zoo, thiab txhim kho kev ua haujlwm ntawm cov txheej txheem tsim khoom. Los ntawm kev pab tshem tawm cov hlau lwj, tiv thaiv kev oxidation, kev siv cov kua txhuas uas ua rau cov hlau lwj pab tsim cov khoom txhuas zoo rau ntau yam lag luam. Kev xaiv thiab kev siv cov kua txhuas uas ua rau cov hlau lwj yog qhov tseem ceeb rau kev ua tiav cov txiaj ntsig zoo tshaj plaws thiab txo cov khib nyiab.
